Boy Scout patch collectors the National Order of the Arrow Conference just wrapped up at Michigan State University and now everyone is home recovering from a lack of sleep and sorting their patches. I was in the trenches for 10 days including the NOAC Trade-O-Ree and lots of patch trading at the NOAC. In this show I'll break down the winners and losers from the event.
