Seier Askaryar, photographer and filmmaker born and raised in Holland 🇳🇱has studied Cinematography and Video Editing at the New York Film Academy. Having been living in the Canary Islands for more than 14 years, he is surrounded by natural beauty and interesting people. He uses his camera to document the world and then print images with a focus on the magic he finds in daily life. “I believe there is a story in every picture and every frame I edit.” Ever since the lockdown started, Seier decided to experience the touristic island during that time to enjoy peace in those areas for the first time, having his camera with him as well proved to the locals how beautiful a tourist place can be when it’s empty.
