[20:22] we are about 85, maybe even 90%
[23:23] so that a person who commits us can feel really confident
[26:36] if you give $1,000, here's what it actually buys
[30:32] 10% of the proceeds from six to nine
[32:28] focus on what's working, and then learn from what didn't
