In this edition of “Schiestel Speaks Sports” from Nov. 21, 2024, host Ryan Schiestel talks all things St. Ambrose University Sports. To begin the episode, Ryan talks about SAU football, who fell narrowly in the season finale.  Then, Ryan discusses the performance of the women’s volleyball team, as their season ends in the playoffs.  The first half concludes with a conference win and loss for men’s basketball.  After a station break, Ryan talks about the slow start for SAU women’s basketball. Following, it’s a recap of the wrestling season so far.  Finally, Ryan talks about the women’s soccer team, and breaks down their win in the first round of the national playoffs. All episodes of “Schiestel Speaks Sports” air live on KALA HD-2, 106.1 FM in the metro Quad Cities, starting at 6:30 P.M.
