I wanted to take the word ‘failure’ out of the organisation but equally didn’t want to make people think that we were never going to fail. I also wanted to create a culture of learning. We took the word ‘failure’ out and replaced it with ‘learning moments.’ A learning moment is a positive or negative outcome of any situation that needs to be openly and freely shared to benefit all people.” Contact Garry LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/garryridge/ Website: https://thelearningmoment.net/ Buy the book Helping People Win at Work: A Business Philosophy Called "Don't Mark My Paper, Help Me Get an A" (Achieving at a Higher Level) Amazon.com: https://amzn.to/3gdqVWJ Amazon.co.uk: https://amzn.to/3L8lgj5 About the Host Director and Founder of Simple Scaling, Brendan brings 25 years’ experience of scaling businesses.
