Mandy Cowin is a licensed real estate agent and is currently the Director of Operations for Only Epic Holdings. She brings nine years of finance experience in banking, lending, and portfolio management, focusing primarily on commercial real estate.

Mandy began her career with First Midwest Bank in Missouri working in operations and lending including residential, commercial, small business and unsecured loans. She moved to Texas in 2016, and worked at American Bank of Commerce as a Commercial Lending Assistant working for three high-volume commercial lenders. During her time at American Bank of Commerce, she received an offer from an Austin hard-money lending company, Thrive FP, to serve as the Loan Servicing Manager and serviced a $74 million portfolio.

Mandy focuses on growth and improvement and is relentless in her pursuit of high achievement. She strives to be an invaluable asset and provide the highest level of service and expertise.
