I Factor presented by Allied Sports features an interview with longtime ESPN executive Carol Stiff, who left the network last year to launch her own company, Stiff Sports Media Consulting.

Stiff spent 31 years at ESPN, joining the network to work on its tenth anniversary celebration, then rising through the ranks to become one of the most well-liked and influential executives in the company. During her interview with SBJ’s John Ourand, she talks about getting her start in the industry as a field hockey coach, adopting Tennessee’s legendary Pat Summitt as a mentor, and working to give women’s sports more prominence on ESPN telecasts.
