Listen "The Finished Work"
Episode Synopsis
We begin the annual cycle of reading the Torah. The Torah reading for this week is Parashah Bereishit consisting of Genesis 1:1-6:8. Parashah means portion. Bereishit meaning Beginning. One of the themes of Parashah Bereishit is the finished work of God in Creation.
"1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them." (Genesis 2:1 KJV)
You are part of God's finished work in Creation. The Creation story teaches us the purpose of mankind upon the earth. The purpose of mankind is to be an Ark Bearer of God's Shekinah (Glory) on the earth.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to attend "The Finished Work." Your next stop, the Destined4Torah Zone!
