When people ask you how you are, how do you respond?

In Psalm 1:1-3, it says, “Blessed is the person who does not follow the advice of the wicked, or stand around with sinners, or join in with mockers. Instead, he delights in the teachings of the Lord & meditates on it day & night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water bearing fruit each season.
