Everybody wants a promotion. I want a promotion, you want a promotion, we want to go to the next level, however you want to phrase that, but we all want a promotion. All promotion is based on your character. Character is, “Can I trust you?” That is what character asks. Everything is about trust. So trust has two components, competence and credibility. Let me elaborate on those to make it clear.
