While sharing lunch 2 friends decided their conversations could inspire change in the conversations women are having. Rather than bringing everyone for lunch they decided to bring the conversation to women.

Rachel (Sage) owns her own Wellness Center offering meditation, life coaching and science based emotional healing techniques both to individuals and in dynamic workshop settings. While Lori (Salad) works a day job and in her free time volunteers as a boxing coach, and is a personal trainer.
