Send us a textJoin as we discuss Enos and his hunting trip.  Did he take the hunting trip as a way to escape to his "secret place" to pray?  Did he really intend to find food for the family and then get lost in his thoughts and decide to take that time to pray to his Heavenly Father?  Whatever is original intentions were, we know from the scriptures that he felt the spirit of God and decided to take that time and pray.  Not only did he pray, but he poured out his heart to God seeking for a remission of his sins.  He then prayed for his people and his enemies.  Enos is one of those people you think of when discussing the principal of prayer.  The records continue to be passed down generation to generation.  The prophet Mormon, takes the opportunity to insert his comments and the transition from the small plates to the large plates as he abridged all the records of the Nephits that had been passed down over several hundred years.  Support the showThanks for listening!
