Issue - 24 hours limit

Yesterday, while testing One Bitcoin Club reward distribution, we encountered one issue. Due to one reward for one account within 24 hours, we couldn't test it again.
Solution

So, in a way, implementation-wise everything is in place & working as expected.
However, @starkerz can not use his test account to give demo to people multiple times in a day.
Initially, to given problem, @startkerz suggested multiple solutions like - allowing up-to-3 claims, reducing claim time etc.
However, upon realising the goal for making such changes, I suggested to add exception for his test account so that only his test account can claim multiple times & with this he can demo it as many people as possible without any restriction.



Given solution worked
Test claim worked & 1 HBD equivalent Lightning Sats were sent to test account.
