This week we’re taking a bit of a different approach in terms of guests and topics— we are interviewing some of my team members for my business Bozeman Media Design, which is a social media management and content creation startup based out of Bozeman, Montana. I thought it would be interesting to have the girls on— without me— to have a discussion about what it is like being on the team of a startup. They delve into the reality of what it looks like being a lean team and trusting a companies vision in its beginning stages.
