Bushfire recovery staff from the Hills and Fleurieu Landscape Board are busily preparing for the third installment of a popular annual plant giveaway.
This year’s ‘Reveg Festival’ on Saturday 25 June in Woodside will provide over 20,000 native seedlings to landholders whose properties were affected by the 2019 Cudlee Creek bushfire, as well as those impacted by the 2021 Cherry Gardens bushfires.
The Board’s Team Leader of Fire Recovery, Caroline Dorr, joins Jennie Lenman to discuss the festival and provide an update on the region's recovery.
