After seeing my physiotherapist and after working out, I realize that I have been working out way too comfortable and I having been pushing myself. Sometimes we do need to make a conscious effort to keep putting ourselves out of our comfort zone; to see and adapt to new comfort zone. Other than that I decided to share 3 things that I'd learn from pushing myself further each time.
Sometimes it's not just about showing up, but it's about showing up and making it count.
1) Keep seeking new comfort levels to conquer
2) We have to do the difficult stuff
3) Be patience and take the small wins
