This week I have long time friend Joey LaRocca from the band The Briggs, and he started a new band called The Defiant with past members of The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Street Dogs, The Offspring, and Smash Mouth, I can't wait to hear it! We go back about 20 years and he's seen me play in my bands in all shapes and sizes, we reflect on what it used to be like to book your own tours and how music has drastically changed. We also talk about how I filled in on drums for The Briggs.
