Fumble!!! What is happening with pharmacist working conditions and the move toward unionization. Surprisingly, the retail chain environment did not spawn the first notable pharmacy to unionize - it was a long term care pharmacy in Nevada. The reasons pharmacists have come to this are clear, but is this the right tactic? Are we resigning that pharmacy is, in fact, like manufacturing. What other options exist for change. Is this another symptom of a reimbursement system gone awry?
