With 10yrs of experience, I proudly specialize in weight loss, strength training, glute building, general lifestyle fitness, and safe programs for clients with autoimmune diseases. I’m known for my high-energy circuit training and positive personality. I offer private in-person sessions, semi/group training, online training, and boot camps for both men and women. My mission is to show people how fitness improves every aspect of life by reminding each individual of their own potential power. My Personal Background:- I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA - I currently live in So. Orange County. I’m a single parent to my 9-year-old son. I have always had a love for fitness, I played Volleyball, Baseball, and Basketball growing up. I always planned on doing something in the fitness field but I made sure to include my passion and purpose to help our communities as well. I am currently a full-time independent Personal Trainer and Humanitarian.- I volunteer and coordinate projects with non-profit groups that fight against sex trafficking and drug abuse. In addition to that, I’m a project manager for the non-profit, The Good Rural which advocates for resources for rural and disenfranchised communities - we provide education, supplies, and support for foster/homeless children located in San Francisco, CA. I’m also a remote teacher for Criminon, a non-profit program that rehabilitates prisoners by using education and life improvement courses/classes. And lastly, I’m fully trained in Natural Disaster Response. I have responded (in person) to Hurricane Harvey (Houston, TX) in 2017, Hurricane Irma (Tampa, FL) in 2017, Woolsey Fire (Malibu, CA) in 2018, Hurricane Nate (Costa Rica) in 2017, and countless Angeles Crest fires. -I was truly placed on this earth to help people."Support the show
