Its mission, methods, program and certification of instructors to ensure the consistency in approach for training youth players.The MISSION AND PHILOSOPHY OF THE BRING YOUR OWN PARENT (BYOP®)program is to provide youth who aspire to be the best they can be with the necessary volleyball skills and life lessons to reach their capabilities. This is a FUN Program to be involved with, and it provides the opportunity to instruct young athletes. The BYOP® program may be a player’s and/or parent’s first venture into the sport.
