💁🏻 Concept: Vicarious Atonement
The vicarious atonement of Christ means Jesus stood in our place through His perfect life and sacrificial death. On the cross, He bore the punishment our sins deserved and fulfilled the righteousness God required. Central to the gospel, His righteousness is imputed to us, our guilt to Him (2 Cor. 5:21); our salvation rests in His finished work alone.

📖 Bible Readings: Romans 6:4-5
(Matthew 20:28; Isaiah 53:4–6; Romans 5:19; 2 Corinthians 5:21; 1 Peter 2:24; Romans 6:4–5; 1 Corinthians 15:20–22; Galatians 2:20; Hebrews 4:14–16; John 14:6; Ephesians 2:18)

👨🏻‍💻 Teachings:
1. Christ lived a vicarious life.
2. Christ died a vicarious death.
3. Christ rose in a vicarious resurrection.

🙏🏼 Prayer:
Lord Jesus, thank You for standing in my place, living the life I could not live and dying the death I deserved. Thank You that by Your sacrifice, my sins are forgiven, and by Your obedience, I am counted righteous before God. Teach me to rest in Your finished work, to rejoice in Your perfect satisfaction of God’s justice, and to rely daily on Your grace. May my life be lived in gratitude and obedience, reflecting the glory of Your saving love. Teach me to love You above all else. Amen!
