💁🏻 Concept: Soul
In Scripture, “soul” (Heb. nephesh, Gk. psuchē) does not primarily mean kaluluwa but “life” itself—the living person as a whole. It signifies breath, vitality, and existence, encompassing both body and spirit (Genesis 2:7). To lose one’s soul is to lose life with God (Mark 8:36). Thus, the soul is not a ghostly part but the person’s very life, entrusted to God for eternity.

Lord God, have mercy on us. Grant us incorruptible leaders whose integrity cannot be bought with money. Give us leaders who are not driven by power or greed, but who fear You and seek to please You. We also pray that You transform us. Give us hearts loyal. May our principles strong enough to resist temptation. When temptations overwhelm us, extend Your grace so we may overcome. We dedicate our lives to You and to Your glory alone. In Jesus’ name, amen!
