In Jesus’s ministry and that of the early Church the power-packed focus was making disciples, teaching and training and mentoring followers of Jesus so followers would mature to become like Him! The fruit of which Jesus explains in John 14 “whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these.” Imitating His ministry is possible for any born-again believer and the resulting potential is built into their DNA.
