This week, "Running Times with Gagz" will be remotely releasing a mini-series, "Showdown in the Dome", from Milwaukee, Wisconsin as Gagz runs his first 72-hour race at 6 Days in the Dome. Listeners will hear from his crew, Alden Roth and John Castellaneta, who will provide updates and color commentary over the next few days while Gagz is running. After a great first 50 miles, the wheels start to fall off. Alden and John discuss what it's like to crew for this race, and Gagz reflects on what it's like to run in a race with ultra-endurance legends.
