Episode Synopsis

Today I’m joined by Elise Cranny! Elise is a 4 time U.S. Champion and represented the U.S. in the 2020 Olympics in the 5k. She also became the second woman ever to complete the double win with the 5k/10k at USA’s in 2023. But she’s also seen a lot of success in the mile/1500, last year she set her personal best of 4:16 in the mile at the Monaco Diamond league. She attended Stanford for her college career and had been with the Bowerman Track Club ever since she turned pro up until a couple of months ago when she parted ways with them and Joined Team Boss in Colorado. In this episode we talk about how the team transition has been for her so far, the different coaching styles of the two teams, how she pulled off the 10k/5k double at USA’s, how she’s hoping to achieve big things in this Olympic year and more.
