Today I’m joined by Michaela Rose!

Michaela just finished 4th at the Olympic Trials in the 800 and had herself a heck of a season. She finished 4th at NCAA’s in the 800 but she didn’t let that hold her back from getting after it at the trials and she just narrowly missed a trip to Paris. She runs for LSU and has seen a lot of success with her gutsy race strategy. She won an NCAA title in the 800 in 2023 and holds a personal best of 1:58.37. Throughout this episode we discuss the emotions surrounding finishing 4th at the Olympic trials, the dynamics of having her dad as her coach in high school, how God and her faith plays a role in her running and more.
