Today I’m joined by the one and only Kieran Lumb.
Kirerian just signed a professional contract with ON running and before that he attended the university of Washington where he had tremendous success. Some of his accomplishments while there include running a 3:53 mile, a 28:11 10k, and a 9:16 DMR as the 1600 leg, which is the 2nd fastest DMR ever ran. Also he placed 4th with his team at the last indoor NCAA’s in the DMR and 8th in the 3,000 meters. Kieran was also a part of the historic group of 8 UW boys who all went sub four in the same race.
Throughout this episode we discuss that historic race, what he attributes all of Washington’s success to, why he chose to go pro with ON, his future aspirations, what’s next on the calendar for me, his skiing background, and more!
