Today I'm joined by the head coach Joe Lee of Bullis Track and Field!
Joe has played a huge part in developing the program at Bullis and has coached many athletes who have gone on to become big names in the sport including Quincy Wilson who just qualifed for the Olympics at the age of 16 in the 400 (currently coached by Joe) and Masai Russel who just won the trials in the 100 meter hurdles who was coached by Joe in high school. Before coaching Joe was a 200 and 400 meter athlete at Howard University and George Mason. While at George Mason he was an All American and helped them win a national Championship.
