Today I’m joined by Adam Spencer! Adam runs for the University of Wisconsin where he specializes in the 1500, which he has a personal best of 3:31 in. Last year he finished 3rd in the 1500 at NCAA outdoor nationals and at the world championships when representing Australia, he made it all the way to the semis before getting eliminated. In this conversation we discuss his least favorite class at Wisconsin, the ups and downs of his cross country season, his breakout race in the London Diamond league last year and more.

This episode was super fun to record as Adam shared some super interesting insights into his life as one of the best runners in the NCAA and beyond!
