Today I’m joined by Acer Iverson!
Acer is fresh off of qualifying for nationals in the 5k, and was a part of history at Regionals as he helped Harvard reach the most athletes ever qualified for outdoor nationals in school history of 18. Throughout his running career at Harvard he’s won multiple Ivy League titles and had All American finishes. His personal best includes 13:26 in the 5k and 28:23 in the 10k. He’s excited to run one last time in the Harvard jersey at nationals before next fall where he’ll finish out his college career at the University of Washington. Throughout our conversation we discuss how Coach Gibby has elevated running at Harvard, his team’s post Waffle House meal after regionals, his feelings after qualifying for nationals and more.
