Today on the podcast I have the honor of speaking with British champion Neil Gourley. Neil had some remarkable races in the indoor season including placing 2nd at the Millrose games Wanamaker mile with a pr of 3:49, a 13:16 5k pr, and finishing 2nd in the European indoor 1500 only behind Olympic champion Jakob Ingebrigtsen. Right now he’s gearing up for a big outdoor season and is hoping to make his world team for Budapest Throughout this conversation we recap his season so far, discuss his time in Hawaii racing a road mile, his march madness bracket and more.
