Listen "Episode 68: Gabi Maudiere Has Learned to Follow Her Intuition"
Episode Synopsis
In today’s episode we’re chatting with Gabi Maudiere, a runner, personal trainer, run coach, intuitive eating counselor, and a passionate advocate for anti-diet athletes. Gabi shares how her relationship with running and disordered eating led her to ED recovery and ultimately her passion for intuitively eating and helping other athletes learn how to honor their own health with “gentle nutrition”. She also gives us a behind the scenes take on crewing her partner at Western States this year and doing a 14-day hike on the John Muir Trail!
