Rob and Meghan welcomed Retired Air Force Lt. Colonel Fred Pumroy on this week's podcast. Fred was most recently honored as the Grand Marshall of the 4th of July Parade in Fairborn, but that is only one of the many accolades and honors that have been given to him throughout his life. He has flown planes for Generals, been shot at in wars, and been called upon for special assignments because of his expert knowledge and skills. On top of all that, Fred wrote a book, started a business that helped other smaller businesses, and logged more volunteer hours than we can count.
