The company was founded in 2020 by CEO, Stuart Hamilton with an intent to help tackle the growing care crisis in the UK and around the world. Although a start-up, Amba has already hit some impressive milestones. We won funding from Innovate UK to research and develop the application and launched a beta version in June 2021.
Rounding off 2021, Amba Health & Care Ltd secured a first-round investment and acquired the development company CookiesHQ and with it, the dedicated team behind the application design and build, allowing Amba to rapidly scale its development capacity.
