MB Busch, President and Founder of Heartbeat of Heaven Ministries speak in our lives the "Leadership Qualities of Deborah" as Marketplace Prayer Warriors for His Glory.  Deborah had the heart of a warrior, the nurturing spirit of a mother and exercised uncommon leadership abilities to rouse the troops into action.
In Judges 4:8-9 we read about her courage and confidence in the Lord. "Barak said to her, “If you go with me, I will go; but if you don’t go with me, I won’t go.”  “Certainly I will go with you,” said Deborah. “But because of the course you are taking, the honor will not be yours, for the Lord will deliver Sisera into the hands of a woman.” So Deborah went with Barak to Kedesh."
As leaders to the Kingdom of God we have in us this same courage and confidence in the Lord and what He says about us that will be fulfilled. I want to encourage you as a leader to know that His plans will be fulfilled and all He requires is a "Yes Lord send me!" attitude.
