Coach Houk sits down with coach Buescher to discuss exactly why he pursued the head coaching position at West Jefferson and the process he went through to obtain the position. Over the years we have spent a lot of time talking about the programs current state, but have not really taken time to reflect on how far we have come in the last eighteen years.
