Mr. Berke covered politics at the New York Times for decades as the Chief Political & Whitehouse Correspondent, Washington and National Editor and Assistant Managing Editor before becoming the Executive Editor of Politico and most recently, the Executive Director of The Boston Globe’s STAT – a national publication focused on telling compelling stories about health, medicine and scientific discovery.
