Our exploration of the Rose Library’s Atlanta punk collection continues with a conversation with William DuVall and Randy DuTeau of Neon Christ. In this episode, we talk about the band’s 1984 tour, the song they wanted played on 96 Rock, settling old scores, the 1984 reissue, and last year’s Record Store Day show in Atlanta. Neon Christ formed in 1983 and soon began sharing the stage with hardcore luminaries such as the Dead Kennedys, Dirty Rotten Imbeciles, and Corrosion of Conformity.
