Ilse Kohler-Rollefson states on her website that she is a researcher, writer, activist, teacher, and trainer. As a pastoralist, she does everything she can to work towards policies and practices that support socially responsible and ecologically sustainable livestock development. Ilse and Justin talk through the the grazing systems in India, and how grain farmers are paying livestock farmers to graze their animals on their land – a win for livestock producers in India. She also shares her experiences with camel milk production and the benefits it can have for consumers. Ilse's latest book, Hoofprints on the Land, is available now on Amazon and various book shops.
