One of the challenges to having a robust, vital faith is the "hard knocks" of life.  We get discouraged, disappointed, and then, the possibility exists to pull away from God. But, we must dig our heels in and say, "No matter what I see, God is good." Declaring this heart attitude, believing in God's goodness, makes possible an exit from troubles with our faith intact.
