CJ Solar is a singer/songwriter from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He moved to Nashville, Tennessee, to attend Belmont University, where he graduated with a degree in songwriting. Prior to graduating, he signed his first publishing deal. He has written songs for artists such as Jason Aldean, Jerrod Niemann, and Justin Moore, as well as #1 hits for Morgan Wallen and Jameson Rodgers. As a performing artist, CJ has opened for artists including Lynyrd Skynyrd, .38 Special, Gary Allan, Hank Williams Jr., and Chris Janson.
