In Episode 9 CUTTHROAT LOSSES HIS MIND and finally Snaps!! his Target is SWINDLER and in this episode 9 he almost kills her, filled with the rage colour of red he wants to fulfil his temptations and end it all for her after all that has been the only reason he has stuck next to the akudama Angel. The whole plan is to save Brother whilst the city of Kansai goes crazy will they be successful sooner than later though and is the psycho really dead?
