As the Left struggles to find ways to dismantle the Trump administration's agenda, the weapon of choice has been the courts. We have witnessed an unprecedented number of preliminary injunctions and temporary restraining orders issued by partisan judges in an attempt to impede the president's agenda, an agenda endorsed by an overwhelming majority of Americans. The problem lies in that these judges are neither independent, many have very strong political views, or accountable to the people. Impeachment is very difficult, and when a judge is censured, we instantly hear cries of "fascism" coming from the progressive media. How do we reign in activist judges and restore the power to the people?
