Did you know that a honey bee visits 50 to 100 flowers per trip to take nectar and pollen back to the hive.  Incredibly hard working to produce a result - honey.  How does your work ethic stack up?  You may not be the tallest, strongest, smartest, creative or sexy person in the room, but you can ALWAYS be the hardest working.  When you look at some of the most successful people in the world, they weren't necessarily the smartest, but all of them worked damn hard to get to where they are.  Today I reflect on my last 3 months, my work ethic, the results it's been reaping and how you can relate this to your own personal health and fitness journey.
