If your schedule is anything like mine over the next 4 to 6 weeks, then I know it's going to be busy for you! But here's the thing, you can be busy for the sake of being busy, or you can be incredibly productive and busy at the same time. Between the crazy Christmas social schedules, commitments with your children's school, friends, concerts, sporting club breakups, work functions, family get togethers, etc, etc we can make it very easy for ourselves to NOT look after ourselves. As your Coach, my job is to inspire you to get more done for your health and wellness in the same time. Use this next 4 to 6 weeks to schedule all the things you MUST get done to focus on YOU and improving YOU, as well as getting all of those other things done. No excuses, you can do it!
