There are energies pulling us left and right, leaving us with no room to breathe for ourselves. There is an invitation to explore what emotions and memories are coming up today as they relate to last week. Can we give ourselves a little bit more time to be in the moment of ourselves, and recognize that… “I Am Still Here” despite the chaos all around us. I included a mini meditation to help ground and support us throughout today. I hope it resonates with you.
