Deuteronomy 28:8, NKJVThe LORD willcommand the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you setyour hand, and He will bless you in the land which the LORD your God is givingyou.When we honorGod with our lives and do our best to keep Him first place, the Scripture saysHe will command His blessing to come on us. When God commands His blessing,it's not "maybe it will happen," or "I hope it happens," or"if the circumstances come together." No, when God commands, thereare no ifs, ands, or buts about it. It's going to happen. When Godsaid, "Let there be light," He didn't check the circumstances onearth or have experts analyze it to see if light was possible. He simply spokethe words by command and light came at 186,000 miles per second, and nothingcould stop it. In a similar way, whenGod commandsyou to be blessed, He doesn't check what family you come from, where you work,who likes you, or how good the economy is. None of that matters to God. All thecircumstances can be against you. But when He commands the blessing, all theforces of darkness cannot stop Him.Father, thankYou for Your promise that as I honor You, blessings are headed my way andovertaking me. Thank You that nothing can stop the power of Your commandedblessing. I believe that despite whatever my circumstances may say that I willbe blessed.
