This is message 22 in the Seven Churches of Revelation.
Revelation 3:14-22
The Laodicean church was known for complacency and self-suffieciency, highlighting how their material wealth masked their spiritual poverty. Jesus, who find Himself outside their church, calls them to repentance. He uses their church, calls them to repentance. He uses their city's strengths and weaknesses- lukewarm water, wealth, and self-reliance- to illustrate their need for genuine spiritual renewal.
