Meet Eileen Lee, Co-Founder of The Lola, a club and community for women. As the daughter of Korean immigrants Eileen was raised to be risk averse, take the safe path, honor her family. So she took a seemingly safe option as a corporate management consultant. After nearly 6 years and a series of toxic encounters at work Eileen went against everything she was taught and did the unthinkable. She quit her job with no back-up. This seemingly risky decision would launch her career as an entrepreneur where she would co-found not one but two successful endeavors.
