One of the BIGGEST things that stop people from going after the job, position and or promotion that they want is the qualification section.
But the THING IS… it's our own limiting beliefs that close the door to us getting a promotion long before a qualification list EVER will.
Don't let the fact that you don't have certain educational requirements stop you from going after what it is that you want.
Sure, other people may have the education or the titles… but they don’t have the experience that YOU do… and they’re not you. PERIOD.
